Rules & GO Rules
• i will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged mail once i ship it out• i will not accept refund requests if any shipping damages happen because they are not my fault• no time wasters – i understand we all have lives so i will be lenient to an extent• i work 40+ hours a week and sometimes don't get off until late at night, + being in Alaska means being 4+ hours behind most people. i will send off and send proofs as soon as possible.GO RULES• if joining one of my GOs, i ask for payment as soon as the form is filled out, unless you stated you can wait in the form• i always keep everyone updated on the status of orders• i don't always make gc's for my gos. i will always send you the spreadsheet for how i have people organized so you can always double check your purchases.• i do have 2 other people who organize & run my go's. you will probably not be in contact with them unless told before hand.• i will always offer pc sorting but i can never guarantee you will get your top priority. pulls are random.• i do not sort by giving someone a full set of their top choice. if you do not like this, then do not join my go.• i do not take refunds once you ahve filled out the form & paid unless under certain circumstances or you have some someone else to take your spot.
About Me & My Team
i have a small team (2 other people) who help me organize and run my group orders. they typically do not come up as they work behind the scenes. under extreme circumstances will they actually appear (as in – to help run group chats to keep everyone informed, etc).
